PrimeDoc has coordinated with United Healthcare and Mutual of Omaha an outstanding benefit option which is
offered to all PrimeDoc Physicians (that meet the minimum employee eligibility requirements set by the IRS).
Benefits are employee funded and handled on a pre-tax basis in accordance with current IRS rules, through the routine payroll process.
In addition, each physician turns in their receipts for all legitimate business related expenses to the corporate office and they are "reimbursed"
100% for qualifying expenses. This money is deducted BEFORE the gross taxable income is calculated for the purpose of IRS taxable income.
The PrimeDoc Management Corporation is set up to maximize the tax consequences to the individual employee.
To take advantage of the current tax laws, the PrimeDoc benefit package is unique and non-traditional.
By combining the tax rules for employees and the rules for independent contractors, PrimeDoc can use
pre-tax employee earnings to legally reduce the taxable wages ultimately reported to the IRS.
